Lore: Once per turn, flip a coin. If the result is heads, inflict 700 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. If tails, change this card's Position. If this card is equipped with 1 "Blade Of The Abyss", tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Shadow Force Military Captain Of Death" in face-up Attack Position from your Hand or Deck.

Lore:This card cannot be changed to Defence Position except by a card effect. During your End Phase, while there is a face-up "Hell's Gate" on the field, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Shadow Force" monster from your Hand or Deck.

Lore:This card can only be equipped to a face-up "Shadow Force" monster. The equipped monster gains 100 ATK for every monster on your side of the field, including the equipped card.

Any monster that battles with this card is removed from play during the End Phase of the turn it attacked. If this card is the target of a Spell, Trap or monter effect that your opponent controls, destroy this card.

Every time you Normal Summon or Special Summon a monster, place 1 Havoc Counter on this card (Max. 5). Remove 5 Havoc Counters from this card to inflict 1500 Points of damage to your opponent's Life Points and Special Summon 1 "Shadow Force" monster from your Hand.

Does that make Crystal Beast Pegasus overpowered because it lacks a drawback? No. Or is Bad Reaction/Nurse Reficule overpowered despite having no drawback? No.

Don't give advice that's already proven wrong by existing cards.
