Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Super Mobian Activate" and by sending "The Firestorm - Blaze the Cat" to your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned you can select one Monster in your opponent's hand and remove it from play. Increase this card's ATK by 200 for every "The Telekinesis - Silver the Hedgehog" or "Super Mobian - Silver the Hedgehog" face-up on the field.

This card cannot be Set. This card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 2 Insect-Type monsters. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by battle, you can Tribute 1 Insect-Type monster you control instead. As long as you control 1 or more Insect-Type monsters excepting this card, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. During either player's Main Phases, you can discard 1 Insect-Type monster to destroy 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card. Every time you use this effect, reduce this card's ATK by 100.

My vote: The first card has a better pic but my vote is for the Ssecond card for a better effect and for be more playable and creative.

Card A:

 

-The image is pretty good, but the black background takes away from it.

-It seems relatively balanced, really nothing to change to balance it out.

-The OCG is alright, only a couple errors:

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Super Mobian Activate" and by sending "The Firestorm - Blaze the Cat" to your Graveyard. -Overall it is alright, maybe not the most useful, considering after the RFP effect, it is only a beatstick. Also, since the cards mentioned in the effect aren't in the TCG/OCG, it is difficult to determine its playability.

 

Card B:

 

- I like the image, the superior of the two in my opinion.

- It seems a bit overpowered to me, since its high ATK probably means it wont be destroyed by battle anyway, and the next effect makes it generally very hard to remove from the field. While the last sentence is really the only drawback, it really isn't a sufficient balancing factor.

- The OCG is decent, although I would say more errors than Card A:
