Exa Raiun
When this monster is Tribute Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "Dollmistress Token" (Spellcaster-Type/DARK/Level 3/ATK 1100/DEF 800). You can Tribute a "Dollmistress Token" to Special Summon 1 "Dollmistress of Time" from your hand. When this effect is activated, your opponent skips his/her next Battle Phase. When this monster is removed from the field, both players skip their next Draw Phase. If there are more cards in your Graveyard than in the Graveyard of your opponent, this monster cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage is calculated normally.) Once per turn, you can pay 800 Life Points to select 1 card in the Graveyard of your opponent and add it to the top of your Graveyard. When this monster is removed from the field, you can add 1 Level 6 or lower monster from your Graveyard to your hand. If this effect is activated, skip your next Draw Phase. This monster can be Special Summoned from your hand by removing from play 4 Plant-Type monsters from your Graveyard. If this monster is Special Summoned by its own effect, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower Plant-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. If this monster is Tribute Summoned, you can select 1 card on the field and send it back to the hand of its owner. When this monster is removed from the field, you can place this card in your Field Card Zone as a Field Spell Card with the following effect:- During your Standby Phases, increase the ATK and DEF of Plant-Type monsters on the field by 300. Each time a Plant-Type monster is Summoned, increase your Life Points by 400. It has been a long time since I made a card, but now I came back with these ones. Comments, opinions, suggestions are welcome, as usual.
Chaos Flame
One small OCG error on the last effect. Reword it so that it says removed from the field. Its good. 9/
ragnarok1945
the only thing you have to do is add a token restriction this will make it less versatile and therefore better balance it, and you should be good to go 9/
Exa Raiun
If by token restriction, you mean a "Dollmistress Token" cannot be used for a Tribute or Synchro Summon-like effect, I actually took this into consideration, but if we really think about it - this card generates the token only when Tribute Summoned. I don't find this worse than Destiny Hero - Double Dude, which is weaker, but generates two tokens after it's destroyed in the next Standby Phase (especially that the latter generates Level 4 tokens, and this one generates a Level 3 one. My card would give a greater advantage if there would be some higher Level Synchro monsters (Level 6 + Level 3 + Tuner monster could give a Level 10-12 Synchro), but according to my knowledge, the highest Synchro monsters existing currentlly are Level 10, most of them requires specific Tuners. Thank you for your comment. Any opinion about the other card?I also added one more card: Watcher of the Serene Forest.
ragnarok1945
I guess the only problem I have with the new card is that you made it a warrior type If it supports plants, shouldn't you have also said it's treated as a a plant type too? 8/
Exa Raiun
I understand you point, but she is not a plant herself. There are cards which support Types other than their own (like Black Rose Dragon, which is a Dragon and supports Plants, and not treated as a Plant). That's why I didn't make her a Plant, too.
