♠Decietful King♠
You can pay 1400 Life Points to discard 2 cards from your opponent's hand. If the two discarded cards are the same Type of card (Monster, Spell, or Trap), This monster gains 600 ATK and 400 DEF points. If they are different, your opponent must select 1 of them and remove it from play. This monster is not affected by trap cards.
Chex
OCG correction: "You can pay 400 Life Points to discard 2 cards from your opponent's hand. If the two discarded cards are the same Type of card (Monster, Spell, or Trap), you gain 350 Life Points. If they are different, your opponent must select 1 of them and remove it from play." The card itself has a cheap effect and some parts ofthe effect is useless like the gaining for 350 life points. Overall I'd say give the card more drawbacks since paying 400 life points to discard 2 cards cheap (even Confiscation only dicards 1 card at the cost of 1000 life points) and probably make the effect after this effect more unique and more useful. 6/

KurashiDragon
This card is unaffected by the effects of traps. Once per turn You can pay 1400 Life Points to discard 2 cards from your opponent's hand. If the two discarded cards are the same Type of card (Monster, Spell, or Trap), this monster gains 600 ATK and 400 DEF points. If they are different, your opponent must select 1 of them and remove it from play. Corrected a little. This cards effect is kinda cheap. It makes it a win win situation for you. You should put on a negative effect if the cards are different.
ragnarok1945
Given its effect I'd remove its immunity to traps. In addition there needs to be a bigger drawback than just paying 1400 LP to discard your opponent's cards 7/
