This is my first Realistic card in a while. Hope you will appreciate it. So please rate, comment, fix if you want to, and enjoy :P

 

 

 

Final Destiny - Death Spectre Whale

 

 

This monster cannot be Tribute Summoned. This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 3 DARK monsters. If you do so, as long as you control this monster, it's Battle Position cannot be changed. If your opponent activates a card that has the effect to change the Battle Position of a monster, the card that was activated is immediately destroyed and sent to the Graveyard and the owner of the card receives Life Point damages equal to the number of Spell and Trap Cards he/she controls x200.[/align]

Good card, the image is pretty nice and the OCG is fine.

 

It seems pretty balanced, considering the Summoning conditions could be difficult in a deck that would most likely be dominated by WATER monsters; it being Fish-Type and all. The relatively high ATK and DEF make up for the effect being so situational.

 

I don't know how useful it would be, and it may end up just being a beatstick since its effect says the BP cannot be changed, I don't see why your opponent would still select it as a target of a card with such an effect. Although the burn effect is a nice touch if they do.

 

Overall it is pretty solid, I just feel like it may not be worth running, since there are monsters out there that have RFP Summoning conditions with more useful capabilities.

Given it's Fish type, I'm surprised you didn't say this is also treated as a WATER attribute to better balance it

 

To that regard, its burn effect is good, though it should still have another effect to go with it
