Fire and Water cards Working together...? [8/??] Needs comments

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard from play. When this card destroyes an opponent's monster by battle, Special Summon 1 Water monster from your Graveyard with 1500 ATK or less.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 FIRE monster in your Graveyard from play. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can Special Summon 1 FIRE monster from your Deck to your hand that has less ATK than the destroyed monster.

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Fusion Deck by sending the above cards you control to the Graveyard. (You do not use "Polymerization".) The Attribute of this card is also treated as WATER while it is face-up on the field. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 WATER or 1 FIRE Attribute monster from your hand or Graveyard. You can Tribute 1 face-up WATER or FIRE monster to Negate the Normal or Special Summon of a monster, and destroy it.

Once per turn, By Tributing 1 WATER monster on your side of the field, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field. If you control a face-up FIRE monster, this card cannot declare an attack.

Once per turn, By Tributing 1 FIRE monster on your side of the field, you can destroy 1 Monster on the field. If you control a face-up WATER monster, this card cannot declare an attack.

If you control a face-up WATER monster other than this card, Once per turn, by sending 1 WATER monster from your hand to the Graveyard, neither player can activate Spell Cards until your next turn's End Phase.

If you control a face-up FIRE monster other than this card, Once per turn, by Tributing 1 FIRE monster you control, neither player can Normal Summon or Special Summons monsters until your next turn's End Phase.

Once per turn, if a FIRE monster you control would be destroyed by battle, it is not destroyed.

while your FIRE and WATER monsters are quite balanced out' date=' the fusion however is relatively weak

 

You should have given it more than just that one effect while it's on the field, like ignoring the summoning conditions for the special summon (as long as it returns to the graveyard 2 turns later)

all of the new card updates look very well balanced
