The opponent will use the summoned monster for tribute summon. You definitely don't want monster lv 5 and above get easy tribute.

"In each of your opponent's End phases remove the summoned monster from play."

What if opponent choose a monster card with effect that active when it sent to graveyard? (ex: Pick a spell card from your Deck to your hand if this card sent to graveyard).

"In order to keep this card in play, you must pay 700 Life Points each of your Standby phases."

700 LP to high. 500 LP will do.

dude... why commit the suicide? Your opponent could summon "Shien", "Summoner Monk", or something crazy and just swarm the field. Giving him ANY monster is just about the dumbest thing ANYONE could do. They could also kill you with "Nepthys" and then have a free 2400 ATK monster with a great ability....

bad idea. Needs rethinking.

Warm Regards,

Ups... Sori. My bad.

Another suggestion:

In each of your opponents Standby Phases your opponent must choose a LV 8 or less monster from his deck' date=' [b']reduce it ATK and DEF by 2/3[/b] and special summon it in Face-Up attack position. In each of your opponent's End phases remove the summoned monster from play. In order to keep this card in play, you must pay 500 Life Points each of your Standby phases.

The opponent could just summon a bunch of DD Survivors and return them to the field at the end of the turn with their effects.

Thanks!

And another suggestion... The image has multiple 'cans' from which the 'data' is coming from, so how bout the card has a limited amount of 'blasts' instead of life point 'fee' (lol too much '' :D )

So the new effect could be:

When you draw this card, it is immediately shown to the opponent. For each turn this card stays in your hand, put 1 release counter on it. When this card is successfully summoned to the field, for each release counter on it, a random card is selected from your opponent's deck and summoned to the field (If it is a spell or trap card, it is not activated). At the end of your opponent's turn, the card(s) is removed from play.
