[spoiler=Lore]Select 1 monster on your field and increase its ATK by 200 x the number of cards on your field. When that card is destroyed, remove it from play instead and destroy this card. Each Standby Pahse this card is on the field, add 1 Spell Counter (max. 3). Remove 3 Spell Counters to draw 1 card.

Enjoy, this is a celebration of my fourth star.

it's nice. You're getting around a 1000 ATK boost, plus Spell Counters. But the monster is removed, and the chance of you really getting 3 Spell Counters on that card more than once shouldn't be high against any decent deck (the 1 card advantage is decent, I like it).

Though the ATK boost will probably be a LOT too much if used in a good swarm deck. I'd have it cap out at 800 or 1000 so that you can't have "Blackwing - Gale the Whilwind" with 3100 ATK on your second turn or something.

Warm Regards,

I guess its really good man......... 9.99/10

at first I thought this'd be OPed since you get atk gain AND spell counters

Fortunately' date=' you kill the monster, you're not going to get the spell counters (or at least it's not likely anymore)

So the effect is balanced and I give this 9/10

Thanks a lot!

Well, it can theoretically gain 2200 ATK, a bit much... Maybe a cap is needed. Then again Mage Power is caped at 3000 ATK.
