Slasher Era of Horror Card Contest! Make a card based on a Popular Slasher Movie Kill

The First Time I posted this contest, it was by accident, and was a very unpolished Contest, here is the finished version.

-Do NOT make a card based on a real Killer.

-The Character must be a Killer, an Anti-Hero, and not an Hero.

-Synchros, Rituals, and Fusions are allowed, but must have the correct support. (If you make a Ritual, post Ritual Spell card as well.)(If you make a Synchro, post Tuner as well.)(If you make a Fusion post the Material Monsters as well.)

-The Card must be based on a Killer from an 80's, or 70's, Slasher Era of Horror Movie killer(Ghostface from Wes Craven's Scream, is not allowed, as it was a 90's Horror Movie.), with an effect people would most likely associate with your Killer.

-A max of 4 cards per entry.

-If someone has already made a card, for say Chucky from Child's Play, you can still make a Chucky card.

-If you enter more then 1 card, make all of the Killer's different.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 5 monsters in each player's Graveyard while you have 1 face-up "Cenobite Box" on your Field. This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for each Fiend-Type monster removed from play and on the field, Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed if there is at least 1 face-up "Cenobite" monster on your Field.

This card cannot be Summoned unless you have 1 face-up "Pinhead- Black Pope of Hell" on your Field. This card cannot be destroyed by battle (Damage Calculation is applied normally.) If this card is attacked, after Damage Calculation, place 1 Hook Counter on the attacking monster. Decrease a monster's ATK and DEF by 400 for each Hook Counter on it.

This card can only be activated while you have no monsters on your Field and our opponent declares an attack. During each of your opponent's Battle Phases, select 1 monster on your opponent's Field. That monster's name is changed to "Cenobite Slave" and goes onto your Field. When you have at least 3 "Cenobite Slave" monsters on your Field, remove them all from play and inflict 500 Damage to each of your opponent's Life Points.

This card can only be summoned by sending 5 of your opponents monsters out of play. When this monster battles a light or warrior monster this card gains 500 attack and the monster it batles loses 300 attack for each catigory it falls under.
