Yes, it is reversed. yes, reversing has been done. yes, it is easy. But it was hard for me to do it while excluding the pic, cause I'm new to card customization.

[spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand when one of your opponent's Set cards is flipped face-up. While this card remains face-up on your side of the field, your opponent cannot Set cards from their hand. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can discard 1 card to look at your opponent's hand.

[spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand when one of your opponent's Set cards is flipped face-up. As long as this card is face-up on the field, neither player can Set cards. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can destroy 1 of your opponent's monters. If you activate this effect, you cannot Summon any monsters during your next turn.

feedback really appreciated.

EDIT: credit to bagon46 for helping me with the invert process

I like it, although it is a bit OPed. Instead of X-Ray / Effect, right-click on the card and go to Properties. Highlight and copy the URL (Location) into your browser's address bar, then go to the top where it has a long string of text, find where it says subtype=effect, then change that to X-Ray.
