Yes, it is reversed. yes, reversing has been done. yes, it is easy. But it was hard for me to do it while excluding the pic, cause I'm new to card customization.

[spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand when one of your opponent's Set cards is flipped face-up. While this card remains face-up on your side of the field, your opponent cannot Set cards from their hand. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can discard 1 card to look at your opponent's hand.

This reminds me of the Light of Intervention's effect

 

The last effect is a bit OPed, I'd change it so your opponent can only reveal ONE card in his/her hand to you

Like I said before the card is like a mini Jinzo in that it can stop trap card from being set.

I like this card but Ragnarok is right about the last effect bein a little oped.

it's a subtype. So it's okay if it's fake, cause it's a new subtype. Fake-types are different than subtypes.

I like it, although it is a bit OPed. Instead of X-Ray / Effect, right-click on the card and go to Properties. Highlight and copy the URL (Location) into your browser's address bar, then go to the top where it has a long string of text, find where it says subtype=effect, then change that to X-Ray.

You could tell Bagon to do it instead. That ATK is way to high for that effect. It's oped like bad.

Magician of Malice is easy to summon, but since the set negation applies to both sides, that makes it balanced out

 

The OCG looks fine the way it is and I see no modifications needed
