You can destroy 1 face-up monster your opponent controls, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster. When a Level 4 or lower monster is selected as an attack target by your opponent's monster, select 1 Level 8 Legendary (Beast or Knight) monster from your Graveyard, Summon it and switch the attack target to that monster. Discard 1 card from your hand. Negate the activation of an Effect Monster's effect and destroy that Effect Monster. When a Legendary Knight is destroyed by battle you can Draw 3 Cards. ragnarok1945
Samael needs a specific summoning requirement since it has 3200 base atk. I personally like the burn effect, but it needs a drawback to make it balanced out The same is true for Metatron in needing drawbacks. Given it has piercing ability you can easily inflict battle damage, and that means it has too much draw power Hurlent's picture is overused. Some of the spell cards have bland effects, but they're better balanced tham Samael and Metatron 7/
