Luminous Sea-Drake: 1 Sea-Serpent Type monster + 1 Fish Type monsterThis card can only be Special Summoned by fusing the above material cards (Polymerization is not needed). When this card is summoned successfully, flip all face-down monster cards on the field are flipped face-up (FLIP effects are not activated at this time).
