The picture is alright but could be better. If you want to know how things are worded in effects look up a similar effect on www.yugioh.wikia.com . The cards are definitely overpowered. Naruto, Sasuke and Sakure are scrub genins. So they should definitely be lower like Level 4 or lower. 5/10 because you're new And hey if you need anything PM me.
