Once per turn, you can discard 1 Spell or Trap card from your hand to destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field or You can discard a Spell or Trap card to have this card gain 500 ATK until the End Phase. This card is unaffected by the effects of Quick-Play Spell Cards and Trap Cards. If you activate this cards effect this card cannot attack this turn.

This card is also treated as a Warrior- Type monster. When this card is Normal Summoned add 1 level 3 or lower Warrior- Type monster, from your deck to your hand. When a Trap Card is activated place 1 "Trap Counter" on this card (max. 3). For each "Trap Counter" on this card, this card gains 300 ATK and DEF.

 

 

 

 

[spoiler=Summer, Overload Psychokinetic]

 

When a Trap Card is activated place 1 Trap Counter on this card. For each Trap Counter on this card this card gains 100 ATK and DEF. Once per turn remove 2 Trap Counters from this card to return 2 Trap Cards from your either players Graveyard to the owners hand.

 

 

 

[Baltoli]

The dragon needs a max number of counters, and so it's a bit OPed. OCG seems fine witha few minor errors, so 8/10.

[Max Darkness]

On the last two, a maximum number of counters is needed. There are some other minor OCG errors too.

For Tiger Snake, I wouldn't make it immune to quickplay spells AND traps, just one of them is enough
