Baltoli
I've come up with a new subtype. The idea is that when the monsters would be kiled, instead you lower their attack instead. They have to be summoned with a special spell card, so you can't just flood the field with them. Enjoy! [spoiler=Zombie Soldier][spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Summoned, except by the effect of "Unquiet Death". This card is not destroyed as a result of battle, and you take no battle damage when this card battles. When you would take battle damage in a battle involving this card, subtract that amount from this card's ATK. If this card has 0 ATK, it is destroyed. [spoiler=Lord Krilkarroth][spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Summoned, except by the effect of "Unquiet Death". This card is not destroyed as a result of battle, and you take no battle damage when this card battles. When you would take battle damage in a battle involving this card, subtract that amount from this card's ATK. If this card has 0 ATK, it is destroyed. You can subract any amount of ATK (up to this card's current ATK value) from this card. Then add the same amount to any face up Undead monster's ATK (up to that monster's original ATK). [spoiler=Undead Master Kacenix][spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Summoned, except by the effect of "Unquiet Death", or its own effect. This card is not destroyed as a result of battle, and you take no battle damage when this card battles. When you would take battle damage in a battle involving this card, subtract that amount from this card's ATK. If this card has 0 ATK, it is destroyed. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, by discarding one card from your hand to the Graveyard, increase the ATK of one face-up Undead monster you control to its original value. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, reduce the ATK of all face-up Undead monsters you control to 0, then Special Summon this card with half its original ATK value. If you activate this effect, this card cannot activate its effect, and when it is destroyed, it is removed from play. [spoiler=Unquiet Death][spoiler=Effect]When a monster on your side of the field is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon one Undead monster whose Level is equal to or lower than the destroyed monster's from your Hand or Deck during your next Standby Phase. You cannot Normal Summon or Set during that turn. [spoiler=Necromancy][spoiler=Effect]Once per turn, you can pay any multiple of 100 Life Points to add that amount to the ATK of any one face-up Undead monster on your side of the field. (up to the targeted monster's original ATK). [spoiler=Modulation][spoiler=Effect]Pay any multiple of 200 Life Points, up to 2400 Life Points. Select one monster you control. That monster's level becomes the number of Life Points you paid / 200, as long as that card remains face-up on the field. [spoiler=Bones][spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Summoned, except by the effect of "Unquiet Death", or the effect of "Bones". This card is not destroyed as a result of battle, and you take no battle damage when this card battles. When you would take battle damage in a battle involving this card, subtract that amount from this card's ATK. If this card has 0 ATK, it is destroyed. You can reduce this card's ATK to 0. Then Special Summon up to two "Bones" from your Hand or Deck.
Max Darkness
Overpowered, since all of them don't take Battle Damage. Plus, I don't think this merits a new sub-type, more an archetype. 7/
ragnarok1945
remove the battle damage immunity effect, otherwise they'd all be OPed I'd also remove the undead in the type since it's not a real type. If you're going to make it zombie type, state that in the text 6.8/
Baltoli
I don't think they are OPed as a monster with the same level has to be sent to the Graveyard to summon them. Maybe it is OPed a bit on zombie Soldier, so I'll probably change that. Bones will be dead in one attack anyway, and the stronger ones are quite difficult to summon. In any case, you would only be able to run a certain amount of them in a deck because of their summoning requirements. I made a new subtype (Undead isn't a type, like Zombie, it's like Toon, Spirit or Union) because they all have the same basic effect, like Toons, Spirits or Unions. Thanks for your comments. Darkest Hour
Wrong. Do you not know who Zombie Master, Il Blud or Plaguespreader Zombie is? These Zombies are beyond overpowered just because they have unparalleled support and just because they are zombies. If they never leave the field, you can swarm the opponent and kill them in amount of turns. Horrible.
~Oleon~
I like to spare feelings, occasionaly including good ones, so i'm just gonna say I agree with the user above *thinks* oh yeah, I spare feelings. With darkest hour. What? Nice feelings make you feel... *thinks for the third time* ...nice..?
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
I agree with both Max as well as Darkest Hour. Also I have used this idea for a long time so it is bordering on nothing new also meaning it is pointless to make a subtype for it and even more pointless making it zombie when thats a real type (do not condradict me with the "It's not zombie its undead" because Undead IS Zombie). These cards are indeed OP. The way that you have the idea set up is what makes it so. There is a way that I use to use this idea but border it with a balanced effort.
