Nice card. I see it as fairly balanced card. And his second effect is kind of fair. Lovethe fact that there is now a lvl 5 synchr other than Magical Android. 8.5/10

Out of that is balanced, but needs more creativity :(

You use specific monsters to get it out, and in the end, you end up blowing up one of your own cards too and eating ATK.

if it's going to get that kind of boost, it's better suited to have this card for lv6 instead

 

The atk boosting effect is good, but it's still a little dull, you should give it another type of effect

Good card. Nice effect. Not that op'd. It doesnt need 6 stars. Goyo Guardian is lvl 6 with 2800 ATK and 2000 DEF + amazing effect. Its ql.
