Well, there are certain downfalls:

-The image should not have a signature in it.

-The stats are too powerful without any drastic downfalls. In my opinion, the ATK should be 2400 and the DEF should be 3000.

-There are also OCG errors. Fixed version:

"Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can pay 1500 Life Points to activate one of the following effects:

* Pay 250 Life Points to destroy 1 Level 4 or lower monster on the field.

* Pay 1250 Life Points to destroy 1 Level 8 or lower monster on the field."

I agree with Starly on everything but the signature in the picture thing. If you hadn't noticed, THE MOST RECENT PICTURE FOR BLUE-EYES HAS A SIGNATURE IN THE BOTTOM LEFT CORNER! If you don't believe me, look it up!
