It's a vannila since it has no effect (apart from summoning conditions)

No effect soo a lot simple.

UP. A 1500/1000 With a summoning condition and no effect...One of the most OP cards ever ans useless.

This card can only be activated if you control one or more spellcaster-type monsters. Increase the attack of all spellcaster-type monsters by on your side of the field by 200 (including monsters summoned after this card is activated). If a spellcaster-type monster you control would be destroyed by battle, you may destroy this card instead. Then, special summon one level 3 or less spellcaster monster to your side of the field in face-up attack position(it's effects are negated). You may not mannually change the battle position of the summoned monster this turn.
