Musicafee
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 Machine-Type monsters on your side of the field, or by tributing 1 "Elemental Hero Skilled Gearman" with 3 Gear Counters on it. This card can attack once for every Machine-Type monster on your side of the field. If you use this effect, destroy this card during the End Phase of this turn.Every time this card destroys an opponent's monster, put 1 Gear Counter on this card (max 3). You can tribute this card with 3 Gear Counters on it, to Special Summon 1 "Elemental Hero Gearman" from your hand, deck, or graveyard. If this card would be destroyed by battle, you can tribute 1 Gear Counter from this card to negate the attack.

Baltoli
You do know that skilled is Ironman? It's actually balanced, as likely skilled will be destroyed before he can be tributed. (Cyber Dragon etc).
Chaos Flame
Um, ironman? This is supposed to be realistic right. The first is UP since it will kill itself on the first turn if it attacks, since a single attack because there's at least 1 machine(him.) 7/
