This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 2 cards in your hand to the Graveyard. Each time this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, increase the ATK of this card by 300 points or draw 1 card from your Deck.

If this card is discarded as a cost, you can return 1 "American Dragon" card from your Graveyard to your hand except "Fu Dog - American Dragon Guide". While this card is face-up on your side of the field, all "American Dragon" cards you control are unaffected by the effects of Effect Monsters your opponent controls.

If this card is discarded as a cost, you can Special Summon an "American Dragon" monster from your Graveyard except "Spud - American Dragon Comrade". Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to increase the ATK of an "American Dragon" monster by 1000.

Not a bad point. Four cards is a bit much for a 2500 attacker. If the opponent has a good defense or high attack, or any sort of way to stop me from attacking, then this card becomes pretty useless. I do want to keep it as a Special Summon however. What if the cost to Special Summon it was 2 cards instead of 4? Would that make it over powered or just right?

Two is fair, imo. If this card had piercing I'd say no, but in this case it's just being tribute summoned except with discard instead of tributes.

If it had piecing this card could be a nasty creature with draw power, plus attack boosting, your opponent would need an answer immediately.

Two should work.

I like the theme as a, discard for a cost. It's the inverse of Dark World that takes an interesting spin on it.

The only card that concerns me is double shock. There is a lot of card advantage you can get from that card alone, combine it with the other cards you made, it gets disgusting.

Here is an instance,

Opponents starts by setting a monster and end his turn.

You go by playing Double Shock, special summon The American Dragon pitching Trixie and Rose.

Because you pitched them, you can destroy the set monster and remove a card in their hand from the game, then draw two because of double shock.

Attack from The American Dragon, draw a card.

Now lets look at the CA of the situation.

Opponent lost a monster for your card and lost a card from hand. So they have four cards left.

You drew three cards, two from Double Shock and one from The American Dragon.

You have five in hand, Double Shock and The American Dragon in play. you have seven to their four on your first turn.

You might want to change the wording on it or nerf it, IMO.
