The Firelord Rate And Commet

This is my first attempt to make the firelord it might be op and might have bad OCG im still learning how to make good but this is it for now if you have any suggestions what i should do better on it feel free to comment.

 

Effect: This card cannot be normal summoned it can only be special summoned when you tribute 1 Gateway to hell. When this card is successfully summoned you can use one of the following effects:

1.Pay 1000 life points to destroy 1 face-down card that belongs to your opponent.

2.Pick one card from your opponents hand if its a spell card then send it to your opponents graveyard if its a trap card put it in your hand if its a monster card you lose 700 life points.

When this card is sent to the graveyard as an result of battle you can pay half your life points to put it to the top of your deck.

You forgot to say it can't be set

 

the lv10 does suit its stats quite well, though you can use the OCG thread to help you on the OCG errors

It seems OP. Needs better OCG. You wouldn't mind if I used the pic in one of my sets, it would fit well there.
