Sorry about the delay! Well, here is Ben's newest creature... RATH! I decided to make a Normal Card for a change.

There's a lot of OCG problems. Images are decent. All I can give you is an 8.4/10.

Cannon Bolt is UP, as there are plenty 2000 and 2100 Defense monsters without Big Shield Gardna's draw back.

DiamondHead is boring.

Big Chill is... Fineish might be bordering on OP but then again 80% of current Meta is way more OP.

Humongosaur is somewhat UP, there really isnt any reason to play him for the same tribute you could get a card with 3000 Attack and not have to pay life points everytime, also those cards would have more surviabilty as their attack is 3000 all the time.

Nanomech is quite a bit more powerful version of Brain Control as you pay a small amount less and can take control of face-down monsters and can be used during your opponents turn (Not sure if I'm reading that right, but you say once a turn and that means in my mind it works during your opponents to.) Also you don't specify if the card has to be on the field or in the graveyard or anything like that, which means that even once you kill it, you still have to deal with it's effects. (This is probaly just an OCG error, or a mistake on my part)

Echo Echo makes quick tribute foder and Synchroing, but it is a decent card and could be decent to run, though it could be a bit abusable

Finally Chromastone is highly situational and honestly there are much better level 6 monsters with more attack that could and should be used instead of him. He reminds me of common card from any pack that really isn't worth much of anything.

 

Over all I would give the set a 6.9/10, the cards are pretty good for a new member, but arent that special otherwise.

Started with 10/10 - 5.5 for pics = 4.5/10

Now with 4.5/10 + 3 for the ocg soooooo = 7.5/10
