Most of those types of kids want to be treated the same anyway. Plus, in the situation is seems like the guy must've been older. I have no sympathy for older people who decide to do things as such, whether mentally disabled or not. I'd punch the guy, without major damage, and get him to stop. Though, if a mentally disabled person was younger, I would be much nicer to them and treat them with more over respect. Age matters to me, I guess.
