This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 4 monsters you control from play. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Invasive Species" Monster from your Deck. All monsters Special Summoned by this card have their original ATK and DEF halved. When a monster is Special Summoned, you can Special Summon a "Minion Token" (Machine-Type/DARK/Level 10/ATK 500/DEF 500). Once per turn, you can negate the effects of all monsters on the field during the Damage Step only.

you should have said 4 MACHINE monsters from play to summon it

 

For the effect negation of all monsters on the field, you should have said negate all but itself.

 

And at any rate that's too OPed of an effect without a drawback. Add a drawback like you use that effect, on your opponent's turn he/she can summon up to 2 monsters from his/her graveyard, ignoring summoning conditions

So if you hit Amazoness Swords Woman, her effect is negated.

 

I don't think you have to say it negates it's own here, it hardly changes anything.

 

I don't think it is that overpowered. 4 Tributes is a lot.

plus 4 Tributes aren't alot most ruling decks now are pure META (swarm) / milling
