Deus ex machina (cliche of the century)!

I tried to stick to the theme of a "Deus ex machina", tell me what you think. If you don't know what I mean by that, [spoiler=Explanation]

A Deus ex machina is a character in a story who abruptly comes in to the story for the sole purpose of helping the main character though a hardship. They most times end up dying after the main character no longer needs them. Example: Star Wars: Obi One, enters, trains Luke, dies. Yoda, enters, trains Luke, dies.

Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing the monster with the highest ATK on your field from play and Tributing 2 Level 4 monsters with "Hero" in their name. When this card is Special Summoned you and your opponent both draw 1 card. If the card you drew was a Level 5 or lower Monster with "Hero" in it's name Special Summon it to your field. Increase the ATK of all monsters with "Hero" in their name by 300.[/align]

That's actually very easy to summon to the field, just normal/special summon a monster, then remove it to summon this one (assuming you have no monsters on the field to start with)

 

Combined with your other effects it's too powerful

 

Not a single drawback on it, so add one
