Prime Material Dragon deck.

Recommended Posts

Hey, I've been fiddling aroung with Prime material dragon deck.

Any useful comments/suggestions are appreciated. The main motivation for the deck was to combine Prime Mat. Dragon with Immortal of the Thunder... who doesn't love an extra 8000 LP? =P

Here's what I have so far:

Monsters 17 (I probably need more lv. 1-4, but which ones?)

Immortal of The Thunder x3

Prime Material Dragon x3

Guardian Angel Joan x3

Kaiser Sea Horse x3

Sangan

Gravekeepers Spy x3

Marshmallon

Bear in mind that many of the spells/traps are there to minimize the risk w/ Immortal of the Thunder.

Spell 15

My body as a shield x2

Raregold Armor x2

Swords of revealing light

Mausoleum of the emperor x3 <

Nightmare Steelcage x2 < maybe?

Mage Power x2

Gold Sarcophagus

Share the pain x2

Trap 15

Mirror Force

Call of the haunted

Dark Bribe x3

Interdimensional Matter Transporter x2

Dimensional Prison x2

Ultimate offering x2

Wobaku x2

Threatening Roar x2

From yugioh wikia:

"Prime Material Dragon: If "The Immortal of Thunder" is sent to the Graveyard, its owner will lose 5000 Life Points because this is not damage. "Prime Material Dragon" cannot change it into a Life Point gain."

-The Immortal of Thunder's rulings section.

read immortal of thunders effect again' date=' preferably right before '5000 lifepoints'

I'm well aware of the phrasing of the card, thank you. I thought a familiar to this forum would be a bit more useful, apparently I was mistaken.

I was dreading the real reason because I was certain I would get frustrated... How is a 5000 LP reduction not damage? Anyways, thanks for the reply.
