You can only activate this card when the difference between you and your opponent's Life Points are 3000 or more. Both you and your opponent look at each other's hand. If there is 1 or more monsters in each player's hands, Special Summon the monster with the highest ATK from their hand (the monster that is Special Summoned must be Level 4 or lower). If there is no monster in one player's hand, that person takes 1000 points of Damage, and the other player cannot use any monsters to attack this turn. During this turn, both monsters must attack the other Special Summoned monster. When the monster with the lower ATK is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, the owner of that card Special Summons 2 monsters with an ATK of 500 or less from their Deck in face-down position.

 

1st Effect: Both Players Special Summon 1 Level 4 monster with the highest ATK from their hand to their sides of the field. (Meaning if there are more than one Level 4 monsters in their hand, the Level 4 monster with the highest ATK is Special Summoned.)

2nd Effect: If there are no monsters in one player's hand while looking at each other's hands, the player with no monsters take 1000 points of Damage, and the player WITH monsters cannot attack with any monsters on his/her side of the field for this turn.

3rd Effect: Both of the Special Summoned monsters on each side of the field must attack each other. The monster with the lower ATK is destroyed, and the owner of that monster Special Summons two monsters with an ATK of 500 or less in his/her Deck to the field in face-down position. (If both monsters on each side of the field have the same amount of ATK, they are both destroyed, and both players Special Summon two 500 ATK or less monsters from the Decks to their sides of the field.)

in reality, i don't have any synchro monsters because i hate that new s--t, so i'm not used to newer effect. ^_^
