Please CnC and fix any OCG errors so that I may learn from my mistakes.

 

Following Kliffi's/bott52's OCG so far, please edit and fix.

Ummm I don't get it. What do you mean by reverse the summoning requirements? So a level 7 would need -2 Tributes?

This is one REALLY weird wording, I'm not even sure what you're getting at in the effect

This is what I'm getting from this:

 

All monster 5 Stars or higher do not require Tributes to be Normal Summoned or Set. 4 Star and 3 Star monsters require 1 Tribute to be Normal Summon or Set, and 2 Star and 1 Star monsters require 2 Tributes to be Normal Summoned or Set.

Very VERY unclear OCG. That's probably the biggest problem.

This card is probably very abusable...

Creativity 9/10 - Pretty damn creative lol

that is going to make it WAY too OPed

 

basically that means all cards with special summoning conditions can now bypass their conditions and go right to the field

 

This needs drawbacks right away

I have no idea how to fix the 1st part. 2nd Part:

Halve the ATK of all Level 5 and above monsters. Double the ATK of all Level 4 and below monsters.

Great. It's more balanced now, but the OCG is extremely unclear. I recommend using my idea ;) or something of the like:

 

You could flip around the last part:

"1 Star and 2 Star monsters require 1 Tribute to be Normal Summon or Set, and 3 Star and 4 Star monsters require 2 Tributes to be Normal Summoned or Set."

Ok, took a while, but I think I found a pic that would work.

And now that I know what you mean, I'll hapilly rate you 8/10, interesting effect, but triping a 1 star isnt that great, since most 1 stars are 300 ATK or under

I'm not sure, it would vary, I think this is a bold but shaky idea as many things can go wrong. I'll let you know if I come up with something.

I think the effect should be worded a little like this

"Every monster that is level 5 or above no longer needs any tributes. (Special Summon excluded). Each Level 3 or 4 monster now requires 2 Tributes to Summon. Each Level 1 or 2 monster requires 1 Tribute to summon. Halve the ATK and DEF of all Level 5 and above monsters. Double the ATK and DEF of all Level 3 and Level 4 monsters. Triple the ATK and DEF of all Level 1 and 2 monsters."

That sounds about right; thank you. Do you think tripling the attack is enough, or does it need to be higher?

Correction from Bott52; there are minor OCG problems:
