2. Must have all 7 Crystal Beasts in the deck

3. Be creative I wanna see one that has Gadgets, Blends in with Lightsworn, Uses Synchros etc. The more creative you are the better your chance of winning.

4. Must follow the September 2009 List.

5. Deck limit is 50.
