maniacal.wizard
Okay, this is a REALLY big set, so try not to fall asleep here. Effect:When you Normal Summon or Flip Summon this card, choose and activate one of the following effects:-This monster can attak your opponent directly if you decrease this monster's ATK points by 800 for the duration of the turn. When you activate this effect, remove one card in your opponent's hand from play.-Your opponent cannot attack this card with a monster with under 2000 DEF points. Effect:A monster that destroys this card in battle is removed from play for the remainder of the duel. No Spell cards can be set on the field while this card remains on the field. Increase this monster's ATK points by 300 for every Water monster in the Graveyard. Effect:If any "Phoenix" monster attacks a monster in DEF position, if the DEF of that monster is lower than the ATK of the attacking monster, inflict the difference as battle damage to your opponent's Life Points. A monster that attacks this card is switched into defense position for as long as this card remains in play. If this card is removed from play, switch the monster(s) that attacked this card into attack position. Effect:During each of your Main Phases, select and activate one of the following effects:-Choose one Wind monster in the Graveyard and add it to your hand at the cost of 200 Life Points.-Your opponent chooses one card in his/her hand and adds it to your hand. Your opponent gains 600 Life Points Effect:This card is treated as the Tuner Monster when you activate "X-End Judgement."Whenever your opponent draws a card(s) outside his/her Draw phase you look at it/them. If one of them is a spell card, halve your opponent's monsters' ATK for the duration of the turn. If one is a trap card, send one random card in your opponent's hand to the Graveyard. If one is a monster, place it back on top of your opponent's deck. Effect:If you have Normal Summoned, Special Summoned, or Flip Summoned another monster during the turn you Summoned this card, destroy every LIGHT monster on your opponent's side of the field. During each Standby Phase, Summon one "Shade Shell" token to your opponent's side of the Field. These tokens cannot be used as a tribute. Continuous Trap cards are removed from play until this card is removed from the field. Synchro Material: 5 "Phoenix" monsters + "Lumen the Light Phoenix" Effect:This monster can only be Synchro Summoned with the effect of "X-End Judgment." This card's original ATK and DEF points are the number of DIVINE monster you have on the Field x10000. This includes this monster. Whenever your opponent has one or more cards in his/her hand, you cannot declare an attack with this card. Whenever a monster with 3000 ATK or DEF points or more is on your opponent's side of the field, his/her Life Points are reduced to 1. There you go. Enjoy! Edit: Just posted another card I forgot. It's "I-Insufferable Void." Sorry.

Fregar Overran Est
I have noticed a few problems with this set.1. Most of the monsters here are very overpowered. 2. The Spell card "H-Hydro Boost" is very unbalancing to the game. You should place a limit as to how many Life points you can pay to activate this effect (I recommend about 2000). 3. The Spell card "E-Earthsong" can never be used. It says it cannot be activated except as a Chain Link 3 or higher, but since it's a normal Spell card, it cannot be chained to any effect according to the rules. Normal Spell cards are Spell Speed 1, and Spell Speed 1 cards cannot be chained to each other or against any other Spell Speed. I suggest you change it to a Quick-Play Spell if you want it to be more accurate. 4. For the Dark Phoenix, you need to clarify the Attribute, Level, ATK, and DEF of the tokens that are summoned by its effect. I really don't intend to seem nit-picky, but for these cards to be more realistic, I advise you to address the issues I have clarified above, if you please.
