kliffi
Lore: When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, remove this card from play. As long as this card remains removed from play, this card has the following effect: When your opponent declares an attack and the attacking monster's ATK is higher than this card's ATK, send this card to the Graveyard. When your opponent declares an attack and the attacking monster's ATK is lower than or equal to this card's ATK, flip a coin: If the result is heads, negate the attack and remove the attacking card from play. If the result is tails, increase the ATK of the attacking card by 100 until the End Phase of this turn. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, return the card(s) removed from play to the field, if possible. Increase the ATK of this card by 100 for every monster removed from play by this card effect. uskaks
Hm... The OCG sounds alright, and the effect is pretty balanced. Maybe a bit UP with the 50/50 chance of it working, but its a cool effect. Pic and name are awesome. 8.5/
ragnarok1945
quite an interesting effect, it's balanced due to the coin flip effect maybe add an effect for what will happen when the result is tails though 8/
