So, I'm working on a new set for the first time in a while, and this idea came to me...so, yeah. If the OCG is off, I'm sorry, it's been a while. Anyway, rate, and give any feedback about the effect, and what can make this card better/more balanced/more interesting/etc.

 

[spoiler=Card Lore]When you Normal Summon a monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this is the only card you control, return it to your hand. This card cannot declare an attack, except a direct attack. If this card is selected as an attack target, return it to the owner's Deck.

Interesting way to summon, a little like Marauding Captain's effect for warriors, but at least this one is balanced for returning to your hand

 

The direct atk is fine too since it only has 400 atk anyway, so this card is balanced out

But it's optional i think, i saw no OCG errors^^

effect is interesting and well balanced. Only the pic is meh, so 9/10

I agree with Plasma. The pic indeed needs a background. I do like the effect, its not overpowering.
