Try running 2-3x Compulsory Evacuation Device (can be used in many ways) and just one FL Earth (I know she sucks but trust me, a 2400 beatstick off the bat is nothing to laugh about; I'm sure there will be times when you will need her)

Also, -1x Fire and +1x Dark (seeing how Dark is one the main attackers and 2x Fire are more then enough) and you might wanna try exchanging Time Passage for Shrink (it's more versatile).

I'm not so sure you can do that, she is an ignition effect monster so I assume her effect can only be activated during the main phase.

 

Also, If you use Time Passage and then Solitaire, that would result in a -6 level (since you WILL lose the 3 levels for Time Passage), which means Time Passage isn't that great, the result is the same no matter what what. The only difference is that it will enable you to use Solitaire in case the FL's level is too low.

Personally, I don't think you need Solitaire (I at least don't run it); maybe you should try running Kycoo instead.

No, what I meant is the 3 levels you gain are lost during the end phase.

Ex. you have Dark on the field and activate Time Passage.

Dark's level is 8; you use Solitaire's effect and decrease the level of Dark to 5.

Since you cannot "choose" what levels you want to downgrade, the "Until end phase" part of Time Passage is applied and Dark's level is now 2.

 

And like I said, I don't think you can use her effect in the damage step.

maybe kinka-byo? summon it, special light, end phase returns to hand, light removed, ss dark. if so

and maybe another fortunes future?

+1 fortunes future

since you need all FL monsters on the field and you running solitare and exemplar you will have something other than FL's most of the time.

Hey! What about adding Tualatin from LOTD? I have one in my FL deck and it really helps me a lot! Since most decks today are Lightsworns,DAD themed ones and Zombies. You Summon two low-level Ladies,wait for your opponent to kill them,then you Special Summon him from your hand and activate his effect! Select either Light attribute for Lightsworn or Dark for the rest decks and...kaboom! And after that your opponent won't be able to summon any monsters of the selected attribute for the rest of duel at all! And with his 2800 atk,the duel will end soon enough.↲

Well,see if that card works well in your deck and correct me if I'm wrong.


And by the way,nicely made FL deck! Just exchange Solitaire Magician for a Kinka-byo OR Phantom of Chaos and one Bending Destiny for a Cyber Valley. Add a 3rd F. Future,a Night's End Sorcerer for synchro summon,a Stardust or an Ancient Fairy Dragon and the aforementioned Tualatin if you like.


I think that with these changes it can become a little bit deadlier. ;)
