Ăɍȼẗîȼ
Nope, 19 is not the lowest. How would you do it in 19?
Ăɍȼẗîȼ
No one can solve it? You just have to think a bit.
iwrestledabearonce
This makes no sense, and nobody is going to get it.Answer pl0x?
Dark
You pick a random floor and hope that it's the right answer. You will be right 1/101 of the time. Good odds, I say.
Ăɍȼẗîȼ
I'll ignore the sarcasm. But: You drop from floor 15..., if it breaks you did it in 15 tries (you go back to floor 1 and go up.)You drop from floor 29..., if it breaks you did it in 15 tries (with similar logic)You drop from floor 42..., if it breaks you did it in 15 tries (with similar logic)You drop from floor 53..., if it breaks you did it in 15 tries (with similar logic)You drop from floor 63..., if it breaks you did it in 15 tries (with similar logic)You drop from floor 72..., if it breaks you did it in 15 tries (with similar logic)You drop from floor 80..., if it breaks you did it in 15 tries (with similar logic)You drop from floor 88..., if it breaks you did it in 15 tries (with similar logic)You drop from floor 96..., if it breaks you did it in 15 tries (with similar logic) If it doesn't break at 95, you climb 6 floors until floor 101, and you did it in 14 tries. So it's 15 at the worst case.
Dark
Wait, that made absolutely no sense.
Ăɍȼẗîȼ
But it works, try it... Key is I didn't try to drop the same number of floors...
Luna Lovegood
My post was related. Anyways, I assume the answer is you drop it from the middle level, if it works, you go up in two level increments. If not, you start from the bottom in one level increments.
