Note: As a general rule I say Caius > Raiza, but here the combination with 3 PWWB could really set your opponent back with constant spin control. Also, this can easily side Oppression =)

forgot to mention this is on a VERY tight budget. I got litterally no trades and little cash till after New Years. However if I had a bigger bank account Id build that Akira.
