Hello, it has been a long time since i have posted around here, so here is my latest card made so far. Its based of a cool interesting character from Darkstalkers the game.

 

[spoiler=[color=#19c97c]Lore[/color]]This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Ritual Summoned by offering monsters whose total Level Stars equal 8 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand. When this card is Summoned, no Spell or Trap cards can be activated until the end of this turn. Once per turn, you can have this card lose 1000 ATK or DEF until the End Phase, to destroy all of your opponents face-down cards on the field. If this card destroys a monster by battle, increase this card's ATK by 100 and decrease it's DEF by 300. During the End Phase of a turn this card destroyed a monster by battle, either pay 100 Life Points for each card in your opponent's Graveyard, or send 2 random cards from your deck to your Graveyard.
