the picture is a little overused

 

quite an interesting effect, though it still needs a slight drawback to it so it doesn't go WAY OPed (the last effect I'd allow both players to draw a card for that)

It's a good effect but a mite unbalanced.

Nice effect, a bit OP'd, but it's all cool. Pic reminds me of Red Dragon Archfiend, but that's irrelevant. There was an OCG error, but it's whatever. 8/10.
