If you do not,decrease all level of your monster by 3 This card can only be activated when "Level Battlefield" is active on the field.Increase all of your monster level by 2 and Decrease all of your opponent's monster by 2 until the end of this turn This card can only be activated when "Level Battlefield" is active on the field.When the equipped monster destroy your opponnent's monster Level increased the equipped monster by the Level of monsters it destroys. Max Darkness Posted November 29, 2009 Report Share Posted November 29, 2009 Ever heard of the Fortune Ladies? All their effects revolve around changing their Levels. Many of them have variable ATK and DEF based on their changing Levels. Lots of OCG errors, all of the Dragons just have Toon Monster rules grafted onto them.
