Maybe the most broken combination I thought about this month

[spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned without Tributing. This card is unaffected by the effects of cards your opponent controls. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. During the End Phase of the turn this card is Special Summoned, you lose the Game. Control of this card cannot switch.

And the coolest part is that these cards taken separately are actually underpowered!

too risky' date=' even if you play this combo together. use a magic removal card to get rid of 2013, its over. but i like these risky type cards, i came up with the a similar concept with Choose Your Deck Master.

That's actually the cool part. If you avoid destruction in the turn Raider is summoned, then your opponent getting rid of 2013 will get him no benefit. It's just like a Spirit monster that after surviving one End Phase on the field keeps doing that on his own...

Shouldn't it be 2012 >_> just saying...

And yes' date=' it's broken[/obvious']

*facepalm*

The raider is Apocalypse, dude! Getting to 2013 means surviving the apocalypse (which is in 2012), don't you get it?

Ah well then its broken and not nearly as risky as the Deck Master concept.

Sweetness!

2013 kills Exodia and destiny board by itself.

Since when did Exodia become meta????

Read the title, dude. That's the idea.

No. This is the Realistic Section. This card is not Realistic. Put it in Any Other Cards.

Frankly, they are. There are many cards that are naturally underpowered but get broken in combinations in real YGO. I don't see my cards having fake types, crappy anything, unrealistic separate effects or things like that.

Really now, the first card is just an OTK support that kills you if you screw up. The second card is just an Exodia anti-support. If they get broken if together - well that's none of my business.

Also, as I said, Raider would get Limited anyway, and who would put 3 2013 in it's deck, knowing that it helps 1 card and 1 card only?

The new Elma-RML.

2013 would be banned very' date=' very quickly, just so you know.

Simple question: why? It is certainly underpowered. I mean, there is a lot of spell removal around.

I think initially both cards would be treated as Limited, 1 per deck. But eventually 1 or the other would become Forbidden. Most likely 2013. Also 2013 is not underpowered. It redefines the duel, so that in of itself makes it overwhelming (much like a Jar card) and at the very least cause your opponent or yourself to waste a Magic Removal card to get rid of the effect.

I like the combo but its only acceptable in Traditional Format and Not in today's Advanced Format meta's.

If you Creature Swap Raider, your opponent auto loses. = Broken.

2013 prevents losing due to a card effect. Thus, if I were to activate JD and you had less than 3000 Life Points, I could not win because you would have lost due to an effect. = Broken. Like I said before, Any Other Cards.

Yes, "2013" definitely locks down on more than a few cards...

Mr. Apocalypse is cool, though. Reminds me of "Wicked-Worm Beast"... which makes me think of an awesome idea for a fan-fic of some strange and twisted variety...

Warm Regards,
