These are some cards I made quickly.Please give me feedback and rate the cards

 

Tuners/Elemental Dragons

 

Desc:This monster cannot declare an attack until 3 turns after it is Summoned.After each time this monster declares an attack decrease its ATK by 200 and increase its DEF by 200.This monster can attack twice per Battle Phase.

Desc:Increase this monster's ATK by 600 for each card in your and your opponent's hands.Decrease the DEF of this monster by 600 for each card in your and your opponent's hands.This card cannot be played in Defense position.

Desc:This card cannot be affected by the effects of Spell and Trap cards.Once per turn you can pay 300 Life Points to destroy the Spell or Trap card of your choice in your opponent's control.

Desc:Once per turn you can pay 700 Life Points to destroy a monster in your opponent's control.This monster cannot be equipped with Spell cards.

Desc:Once per turn you can decrease the DEF of this monster by 500 to increase your Life Points by 500.While this monster remains face-up on the field Spell and Trap card effects are negated.

Desc:Once per turn you can pay 800 Life Points and decrease your opponent's by 500.This monster cannot be destroyed in battle.This monster can only attack every 2 turns.

Synchro/King Dragon

Desc:(1 "Element Dragon" Tuner+1 or more non-Tuner Dragons)

This card cannot be destroyed by a monster with the same attribute as the Tributed "Element Dragon" Tuner.This cards ATK and DEF is equal to the sum of the Tributed monsters ATK and DEF.This card cannot be targeted by Spell or Trap cards.Pay 300 Life Points each time this monster declares an attack.

last card don't make it a DIVINE attribute, also the picture is overused

 

OCG for the most part is reasonable for someone new

 

however most of the monster effects are boring. Given their high levels they should have more effects
