[align=center]Lolyeah. I made this card a while back, around when I first joined. Yeah, nothing special. No unique effect, just your basic Tuner made to help Synchro Decks and such. Rate/Hate/Whatever the hell is in between.

 

 

When this card is Normal Summoned, select 1 face-up Machine-Type monster on the field. Increase this cards level by half of the level of the selected monster. By discarding 2 cards from your hand decrease the selected monsters ATK by half of it's original ATK. Then increase this cards ATK by half of the selected monsters ATK.

that level increase only works if the machine monster you chose was an even level

 

Also I would only make the atk gain effect last for 1 turn, not permanently
