ragnarok1945
a machine spirit, rarely seen one of those before only has one effect, but it's a very practical one so I'll rate this 9.5/10 for that and the solid OCG
kliffi
Kyokuchi Ki I believe means "Polar Tree" or of that sort. OCG fix: If this card attacks your opponent's Life Points directly, your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards until the end phase of their next turn. I think its great: Balanced, good OCG, and I am a HUGE fan of your pic, and name. (Could you PM me that image? :D) Because of OCG error: 9.8/

kliffi
Well it also means Polar Spirit, but no the "Spirit" that this card is... Ki means Spirit, mood, disposition, not Spirit, soul, etc. Seirei means Spirit in this case. But yeah. It must mean Polar Spirit. No problem :)

kliffi
Rofl well I learned Japanese and took a Romaji course. Ki means A LOT of things besides machine rofl. Oh well, lets get back to the card: I think its a very balanced Spirit; generally boring effect though. 9/10 (I know I already posted a rating, but what the hell lol)
