Chaos Flame
I made this card for a contest, but the contest didn't work, so no one saw my card. I decided to post it now. (The criteria was a DARK monster with LIGHT support.)effect:When this card is Summoned, destroy all LIGHT monsters on the field. Once per turn, you may Special Summon 1 monster that was destroyed by this card's effect to its owner's side of the field. If this card would be destroyed by battle, you can remove from play 1 monster that was Special Summoned by this card's effect. Once all monsters this card destroyed have been returned to the field (even if they were removed from the field after they were Special Summoned,) change this card's Attribute to LIGHT and it gains 500 ATK for each monster it destroyed. Zemener Azon
This effect is pretty tricky, but it works out. You just need to keep track of which cards were destroyed. For a Level 4 monster, I think this card may be Over Powered. If your opponent has 5 Light monsters on the field, then this one card will be like a Raigeki. On the other hand, if you want to get the Attack boosting effect, you'll need to give all 5 of those mosnters back to your opponent. It's pretty balanced in the end, but I think you should have some sort of Summoning Condition for this. You don't have to Special Summon your opponents monsters back, so you could just use this card as a Raigeki and not even worry about using its other effects. The picture is pretty cool. Overrall I like the concept of this card and I think it's great. I'll give you an 8/10 on it.
Chaos Flame
Its only a raigeki if they run LS, but it doesn't hit FD's.
ragnarok1945
as long as you keep track of the destroyed monsters, it's a very useful card the OCG looks solid, so I'll give this a 9/

DMZ
Small suggestion: Resize or cut the pic a bit next time, it looks squashed now.
