OCG errors. Balanced it is, your using the filp a coin trick, I like it.

for calling it right, I'd change the effect so that you add it to your deck, then shuffle your deck afterwards

 

other than that, I don't see anything wrong with the card

I think it is fine as it is imo. Just remember that i am trying to get my skills back by doing it slowly so the following cards by me might not be perfect.
