Havn't made a card in ages so here goes nothing.

Effect:

This card cannot be Summoned by the effect of a Spell Card. When this card is Advance Summoned you can inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. Activation of this effect implies that you must draw 1 card. If the specified card is a Monster Type card, Special Summon it to your field in face-up Defense Position. When this card is Released to Summon a monster, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects:

● Destroy all monsters on your opponent's field.

● inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

Now I can rate. I've seen that picture alot around here. And part of it should be "This card cannot be Special Summoned by the effect of a Spell Card.". I don't know if the rest is wrong. So the OCG seems fine. It would've been overpowered if it had higher ATK/DEF but it's balanced.

for the destroying all your opponent's monsters, I'd add in the drawback of skipping the battle phase for it as well

 

Atk power is slightly on the low end, make it around 1800ish or something
