Effect

 

This card can only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 3 DARK monsters. This card is also treated as a Warrior-type monster. During each of your Standby Phrases you must flip a coin. If heads, you gain 600 Life Points. If tails, you lose 600 Life Points. Once, during each of your Main Phrases you can pay 1300 Life Points, destroy 1 of your opponent's monsters on the field and inflict direct damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to half that monster's DEF Points.

with an effect like that, plus its attack points, it borders on being a divine monster, plus being treated as three different type of monsters is two chaotic. Pic aint much to look at, by its name one would think it should be more menacing, or at least psychotic looking.

 

other than that, its not to bad

3 different types makes it too versatile, I'd make it only 2 different types and that's it

 

1300 LP for destroying ANY of your opponent's monsters and the burn effect makes it OPed, I'd only do one of them, not both

If you want to keep the effect, you need to add a continuous drain.

 

Either that, or de-tune the effect. Remove the Spellcaster dual-type first.

It has been adjusted to just having a dual-warrior type, and only half burn.

Along with not having the type protection it should be balanced enough.
