Fill it in with black.Step 2 - Use "Fractal Brushes" and brush here and there.Step 3 - Colourize blue.Step 4 - Get the "X" looking brush and brush a bit in bottom-left corner.Step 5 - Paste your render in.Step 6 - Right click your render (in the Layer box)' date=' go to Alpha Selection. Create a new layer then go to Select > Grow (by 2 pixels).Step 7 - Fill in the silhouette with black/white then go to Select > None. Place the black/white version of your render underneath your actual render. It will now have a black outline.Step 8 - Add text then do Steps 6-7 to give the outline.Step 9 - Add a rock fist brush to the right of the tag, leave it on Normal but change to about 50% Opacity.Step 10 - Add a border by making a new layer, then pressing CNTRL + A then going to Select > Border (2-3 pixels).
