How do you win a match by draw? I'm just wondering :?

End of Match Procedure, if a match is a draw, a sudden death game is started where the first to take damage loses. Proceed to side in everything but Double Snare. GG.

Besides, decks don't necessarily have to win, my self-kill deck OTLs a lot. :P

Dark engine with level 8 D-Heroes.

Price there is too steep. Yes' date=' it matters. I'm only building all of these wacky decks for 2 reasons:

  1. For the lolz.
  2. A friend of mine wants to pick one as an IRL.

He'll never be able to afford the required Trade-Ins, D-Draws, and Allures.

No' date=' you don't want to OTK/FTK with self destruct button. That means you'll take more matches to time out, and that means you have more opportunities to lose. You want to play it stallish while irritating your opponent as much as possible. Forcing people to quit out of frustration is SDB's secondary win condition.

...but a match has 3 duels, even if there are draws. Wasn't that in the first ever rulebook for Starter Deck Kaiba or something? >__>

End of Match procedure kicks in after 3 duels, does it not?

No. End of match procedures kick in when the end of a round's time limit is reached. If you tie' date=' you just keep on tieing until either someone wins 2 out of 3 duels, or you last the whole half hour or however long it is.

Wow. In that case, the deck looks better the way it currently is.

Sorry' date=' what I meant to say is that you keep tying until someone wins or it times out. If you've gone three rounds, only one win is required.

In such a case, I'd think it would be smartest to stall just one duel, and force a draw when time is called or in response to an attack or effect that would cause you to lose. xD

DAD uses its destruction effect, activate Wall of Revealing light, pay 7000, chain Self-Destruct Button. Time is called. xD

Any ideas on fixes for such a build that would make the game last 30 mins?
