OCG hopeful payoff-Dream set (9/??)

Been working with the OCG rules i posted too a note pad. Im going too see if i did it well or if i still need some improvement.

 

I guess "Dream" is a variation of "Toon" but never the less here we go

[spoiler=effect]This card cannot be summoned unless the field spell "Dreamer Gate" is played. You must also tribute 1 "Dream" monsters in your hand or on your field. During your Battle Phase, select one Spell or Trap card on your opponents field. Your opponent cannot use that Spell or Trap Card until their End Phase.

[spoiler=effect]This card cannot be summoned unless you activate the effect of "Dreamer Gate" or by tributing 2 "Dream" monsters. If this monster does Battle Damage too your opponent, select 1 card in your opponents hand and reveal it. If it is a Monster Card, send it to the Graveyard and inflict damage by the Level of the monster x 200. If it is a Spell or Trap Card, place it in your opponents Deck, and you take 500 damage.

[spoiler=effect]This card cannot be summoned unless the field Spell Card "Dreamer Gate" is activated. During your Battle Phase, select 1 monster your opponent controls. Switch that monster too defense position until the end of the Battle Phase.

[spoiler=effect]This card cannot be summoned unless the field Spell Card "Dreamer Gate" is activated. During your Standby Phase, draw 2 cards from your Deck. Reveal 1 card and place it in your hand, and place the other card back in your Deck. Shuffle your Deck.

[spoiler=effect]"Dream Spirit, Lover" + "Dream Spirit, Illusionist"

When this card is summoned, select 1 "Dream" monster you control. That monster can no longer be selected as a battle target. If this card is sent too the Graveyard, send the monster affected by this cards effect to the Graveyard.

[spoiler=effect]This Card cannot be summoned unless the ritual Spell Card "Dream God Offering" is played. For every "Dream" monster you control, place 1 counter on this card (Max 4). If you remove any "Dream" monster from your control, remove 1 counter from this card. The following effects occur depending on the number of counters.

1: Increase this cards ATK and DEF by 1000

2: Increase all "Dream" monsters (excluding this card) ATK and DEF by 500.

3: Increase all "Dream" monsters (Excluding this card) ATK and DEF by 1000.

4: (You can only activate this affect once.) Remove 1 of your opponents monsters from play and increase all "Dream" monsters (Including this card) ATK and DEF by half of that monsters original ATK.

[spoiler=effect]You must pay 1000 Life Points to play this Spell Card. You can now summon any "Dream" monster too your side of the field. If you do not summon a "Dream" monster, place a Spell Counter on this card (Max 5). When there are 5 Spell Counters on this card, you can remove them all to Special Summon 1 "Dream Beast, Guardian" in face up Attack Position.

[spoiler=effect]When you equip this card too a monster, place 5 counters on this card. When the monster equipped with this card is selected as a battle target, you can remove a counter too negate the attack. When this card has no counters on it, send the monster equipped with this card too Graveyard along with this card.

[spoiler=effect]Use this Card too summon "Dream Master, Oevidoshi" to your control. Tribute 2 "Dream" monsters who's Levels add up to 10 or more.

[spoiler=effect]To play this card, remove 1 "Dreamer Gate"field spell from play. You may now summon "Dream" monsters to your control. This card is treated as a monster in Defense Position (0 ATK, 3000 DEF). This card cannot change position regardless of effect.
