Plot:

 

 

This is Riot City!

Everything is corrupted here,so people started a very big riot.

They destroy buildings,kill cops,and more....

Now,they even created the Death Racing!

Its racing with cars in the city,using the environment to crash each other!

The riot control cops are very busy stopping the riot,however it is really hard.

The habitants of Riot City wont stop until they destroyed the WHOLE CITY!
